When working in an occupied building, every move matters. At Devonshire Terrace, IOC Construction took on a detailed interior refresh, and stayed flexible, communicative, and resident-focused every step of the way.

Our scope of work included:

Interior corridor and lobby painting
Hallway carpet replacement
Wall base installation

Elevator wall tile work
Painting of elevator doors and frames
Wallpaper removal
Installation of corner guards
Vent cover/grill removal, refinishing, and reinstallation
Elevator flooring replacement
Wayfinding updates
