The Preserve of Palatine consists of 2 luxury condominium buildings, with a total of 94 units, and attached parking garages, located near downtown Palatine, IL. IOC Construction completed all necessary concrete repairs and installed a waterproof epoxy membrane system in service of protecting the parking garage floors and walkways. Parking spaces and numbers were painted upon completion providing the residents with a durable and functional space.
