Joel Sisto

Joel is an experienced financial leader with a distinguished academic background and over a decade of specialized expertise in small business finance. He is the Chief Financial Officer at IOC Construction, overseeing the Accounting, Finance, Compliance, and Human Resource functions.

Joel graduated with honors from the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University in 2008 and earned his CPA in 2009. Before joining IOC Construction in 2020, Joel worked in public accounting and served as the Controller and BSA/AML manager of a Chicagoland community bank, where he specialized in navigating financial and regulatory complexities.

Joel brings financial acumen and a well-rounded perspective to the executive team. His pragmatic and holistic approach empowers IOC Construction to make well-informed financial decisions while keeping sight of the people the numbers represent. Joel lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three children. He enjoys live music, golf, and coaching his children's sports teams in his free time.
