David Benning

David, an accomplished professional in military and healthcare sectors, is a leader in the industry as CEO of IOC Construction, a premier General Contractor in Greater Chicagoland.

He started his academic journey at Western Illinois University, where he received a commission as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. After serving in active duty for five years, he moved in to the healthcare sector, where he became the Director of Facilities and Construction at Rush Oak Park Hospital. He expanded his knowledge by obtaining an MBA from The University of Notre Dame, with a specialization in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

David's exceptional skills and expertise in Strategic Project Management led him to join Enova International (NYSE: ENVA), where he excelled as a Strategy and Operations leader, working on various P&Ls. In 2022, he joined IOC Construction as the Head of Strategy and Estimating, and his exceptional performance led him to ascend to the CEO role.

Apart from his professional endeavors, David is also a member of the Army Reserves, serving as the Executive Officer for the 97th Chemical Battalion, based in Wiesbaden, Germany.
