Client’s Problem:

The need for the remodel stemmed from our client’s business growth, which required extensive updates to meet modern functionality standards and building out more space for their team to work. The primary challenges included outdated infrastructure, inefficient space utilization, and non-compliant plumbing and electrical systems.

How We Solved It:

Demolition and Removal

• Interior Walls and Ceilings: We demolished existing cinder block and drywall structures, as well as outdated ceiling materials, to make way for a more open and versatile layout.
• Plumbing and Electrical: Early in the demolition phase, we discovered that the old underground plumbing was severely compromised. This unforeseen challenge led us to replace the entire plumbing system to ensure compliance and functionality.

Reconstruction

• Structural Rebuilds: New walls were constructed to optimize the spatial layout. We also installed new, ceilings and flooring throughout the building.
• System Overhauls: Complete overhauls of the electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems were carried out to modernize the building and enhance energy efficiency.
• Specialty Installations: A new kitchen and specialized areas such as break rooms and collaborative spaces were added to enhance the work environment.
