Adaptive Roofing Repairs at Clock Tower Pointe

The Challenge 

When our team arrived onsite, it quickly became clear that access to the targeted patio roofs wasn’t going to be straightforward. Dense tree coverage and tight maneuvering space meant a standard lift couldn’t reach the work area without risk. 

The Solution 

IOC’s team leaned into Agility, one of our core values, to pivot fast. Our field lead, Terry, stayed in direct communication with lift operators and logistics personnel. 

Despite the initial setback, the crew was able to complete about half the work that same day and pushed through to finish the project. Wrap-up logistics like material pickups and crane removal were handled immediately after, ensuring the property was clear, safe, and restored without lingering disruptions.
