Heneways Company – Window and Masonry Project

IOC Construction recently completed a detailed window and masonry renovation project at Heneways Company in Elk Grove Village, IL. This multi-phase project involved structural enhancements, aesthetic improvements, and coordinated interior upgrades. Scope of Work

• Created two new exterior masonry window openings and one interior CMU opening with a metal lintel.
• Installed exterior aluminum storefront systems and interior tempered-glass units, including a frameless transaction slider.
• Completed framing, drywall, and paint for seven window openings, including a custom wood sill.
• Repaired mortar joints and cleaned masonry on both the building exterior and interior CMU walls.
• Replaced three hollow metal doors and frames with associated finishing work.
• Managed the development of drawings needed for permit approval.
• Provided supervision, protection, cleanup, and disposal services throughout the project.
