Built in 2002, The Lancaster is a residential condominium building located in the Loop neighborhood of Chicago. IOC Construction consulted in design and managed the renovation of the building’s corridors. New carpet, wallcovering, lighting, and paint truly transformed the building’s common areas, preserving property values with an elevated aesthetic.
