400 West Ontario was one of the first buildings constructed when the residential development boom started in the late 1990s in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. After 20 years the building was due for an interior refresh and our team at IOC Construction, in partnership with Harken Interiors, had the privilege of renovating the lobby and residential corridors. New paint, wallcovering, and carpet gave the building an aesthetic update and the protection required to continue to add value for the next 20 years.
