The Milton Luxury Apartments are made up of three, seven story, residential buildings, and central clubhouse/leasing office. IOC Construction provided color consultation, helping take the property from salmon to chic. Our painters executed the complete color change of all three, seven story, buildings within 45 days after closing and before the winter season. The mobilization and management plan ensured work was completed in one phase vs two, efficiently increasing curb appeal and increasing property value.
